Apologies to all!!! The fire alarm happened right at 11am, and since there's no visible fire, it appears to have been a drill. For those of you who've been to Visa, you'll appreciate why we couldn't make the 11:30 time either - getting hundreds of people back through 4 entry gates probably took 45 minutes after the all clear.
