Abbreviated agenda for today's call:

1) ROLE CALL
The telecon is not an official meeting but we will still take minutes.

2) AGENDA
Add/reorganize any items to the agenda.

3) REVIEW OF 02 WORKING DRAFT
Review of overall structure and tone.

4) XREF ESCAPING MECHANISM
Simple proposal for escaping reserved chars in xrefs.

5) SECTION ASSIGNMENTS AND DEADLINES
Assign sections to editors/contributors and agree on deliverable dates.
Major sections to coordinate include:

* Relative XRIs
* Normalization and Comparision
* Resolution
* Security and Data Protection
* XRI Specification Authority Namespace

6) COORDINATION OF TC EDITOR'S DRAFT DELIVERABLE
Work out mechanics of the July 3 deliverable.

Per the decision in the last meeting, this call will not be an official
meeting of the TC and attendance is not required. However attendance is
encouraged for everyone who can make this time slot and we will still
produce minutes to document discussion and decisions.

The main purpose of the call will be to discuss the 01 draft of the spec
that will be posted by the end of the day tomorrow (Wednesday), and to
coordinate editor's assignments for moving the spec out of the editor's
TC by the following Thursday, July 3. A more specific agenda will be
posted tomorrow.
