Reminder: XRI TC Concall on Thursday 7/10 at 3pm pacific

Despite Gabe's absence on vacation (any others?), we will hold the
regularly scheduled concall this coming Thursday afternoon at 3pm PDT.
As with the last, it will be devoted primarily to feedback on Working
Draft 06 and discussion of the key open issues, particularly I18N
issues. (We really hope Nat and NRI folks will be able to attend).
 
Concall specifics and a more detailed agenda will be mailed out by Wed.
