RE: [xri] Metadata I1 - Identifier Type

It would be great to have discussing these requirements on the agenda
for the call.  I'd further request that these requirements be sent out
to the email list before the call so that we can all review them (and
have a record of them to refer back to).  Something as simple as a
bullet list of the requirements would be sufficient.
