Groups - XRI TC Telecon modified

NeuStar has graciously offered to host the weekly XRI TC telecons we are
holding to complete the XRI 2.0 cycle. We will use this number for all
Friday calls (and any other special calls) until the XRI 2.0 cycle is
complete. Note also that it includes a webcon option that may be very
useful when we need to review documents.
