Thanks for (re-)circulating that info.

We have a big problem: the XPath errata don't follow that scheme!

Another issue is how to track a submitted item that the WG deems is not
a gray area. At the February meeting, we discussed a potential idea for
an appeals system that we would ask the W3C to establish for all WGs.
This may be brought up at the W3C/NIST workshop on QA next month.
