Quick comment: you put the phrase in the article:

XML.  Lotus Development Corporation, NIST, and Michael Kay have
contributed the tests to date.  The committee will work with other
interested submitters who want to contribute tests to the conformance
suite.

I would remove this, because so far nobody contributed any tests,
everybody is waiting for the final submission format. If I'm not correct
then please tell me where can I find these contributes tests.
