2. Minutes of November 13, 2009 were approved

3. Status of the XSPA profile of WS-Trust was discussed.  Per discussion at the last TC meeting, David has circulated a short paper on the usefulness of WS-Trust in cross enterprise sharing of healthcare information.  Discussion split into two approaches: 1) WS-Trust attributes specific to the healthcare profile are required before considering a XSPA profile (Richard) and 2) demonstration of the use and benefits of using WS-Trust in healthcare with the SAML assertion is sufficient (Duane).  A table of which attributes are relevant to healthcare was proposed as a beginning step in augmenting the existing XSPA Profile of WS-Trust was proposed.  David offered to create a table from the WS-Trust attributes and map those attributes to healthcare specific attributes.

Current draft of the XSPA Profile of WS-Trust:

4. Status of the International version of the XSPA Profile was discussed.  Mike described the Security and Privacy domain analysis model.  His view would be to align the XPSA Profiles to the ISO 10181-1 Access Control model.  The HL7 document was sent to the list:

5.  Guest speaker from ITU will be rescheduled.

6. Interest in a demonstration at the RSA 2010 conference was discussed.  Mike was in support of a repeat of the HIMSS demonstration with additional materials on the acceptance of the XSPA profiles by the Health Information Technology Standards Panel.  Mike was also thinking about a demonstration at HIMSS if the TC preferred that venue.  The booth at RSA may be shared by other OASIS TCs.

7. OASIS press release still needs review and should be completed before the next TC meeting.

8. No additional discussion.
