Approval of the Minutes of March 19 2010: http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xspa/email/archives/201004/msg00000.html 3. Review of the Cross-Enterprise Security and Privacy
Authorization (XSPA) Profile of WS-Trust for Healthcare General discussion on the XSPA Profile for WS-Trust. Please review the document before the
meeting: http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/36988/xspa-ws-trust-profile-cd-03.doc Comments from the list on the profile: Anil Saldhana: Change case in XML fragment from mixed case to lower case. http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xspa/email/archives/201003/msg00005.html --- Additional comments from Anil: Section 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 titles should probably read as: Access Control Service at Service User Access Control Service at Service Provider Section 1.1.1 The line: "The
requesting ACS is responsible of enforcement the access control
decision." needs grammatical correction. --- Jiandong Guo: 1. At 2.11.2: the sytax use xspa:ClaimValue, the example 2 has
xspa:Value. 2. At 3.1: the first STS B RST, STS B
RSTR Redirect to STSA http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xspa/email/archives/201004/msg00001.html 4. Next steps for WS-Trust If the TC believes the profile is now ready for public review, we
can move the CD to PR draft by full majority vote. The first public review of a specification
must take place for a minimum of 60 days, and any subsequent reviews must be
held for a minimum of 15 days as will be announced by the TC Administrator to
the OASIS Membership list. Note: "Full Majority Vote" is a TC vote in which more
than 50% (more than half) of the Voting Members vote "yes",
regardless of the number of Voting Members present in the meeting. Abstentions
are not counted. For example, in a TC in which there are 20 Voting Members, at
least 11 Voting Members must vote "yes" for a motion to pass. Please
be sure to attend. 5. Internationalization of XSPA David will give a report on the status of the international
version of the XSPA profile, with a focus on the revision of the Composite
Security and Privacy Domain Analysis Model which is expected shortly. 6. XACML Ontology Comment on a request made to the XACML TC or creating an ontology
project (e.g. an ontology decision point) that would provide benefits in
describing objects hierarchically. Could this lead to a profile for the XSPA
TC, since the Internationalization of XSPA profile will focus on the HL7
ontology for Security and Privacy in Healthcare? 7. General
discussion 8. No active
action items. Please submit any
additional suggestions to the March 19 agenda to the list. Regards, David David Staggs, JD, CISSP
