Subject:role datatype

Hi All, 

I am bit confused: the subject:role, with name urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:2.0:subject:role (XSPA-XACMLv1) 

is defined as "Structural Role refer to [ASTM E1986-98 (2005)] and its OID representation" and its datatype is String. 

If it is an OID, shouldn't be something like urn:oid:... (therefore with data type anyURI?)

Otherwise values as ``physician'' ``nurse'' are allowed.
