Quorum was not reached but the attendees spend a few minutes discussing the following topics:

- The correct OIDs for normative value sets for the US realm.

- Discussion on whether to merge the two attributes "supported-obligations" and "supported-refrains" into a single attribute "supported-caveats."

- Discussion on whether we need to specify the CD type as an attribute. Does the URL suffice for specifying the protocol? Does the actual data object include metadata about its type and format?
