oops - re:B4P Patterns Proposal

Hi,
   my apologies -- The dangers of auto mail completion :-)
     this was supposed to go to our internal coordination list - just  
trying to get our internal act together.
   We are working on a proposal, which we will submit once the TC is  
up and running and there are some contributions against which to make  
some proposals. so watch this space.
   again, sorry for the inappropriate posting.
