[controlled-trade-comment] CTML Areas of Interest

In an off line conversation that I recently had with Glenn Golding, we
identified some areas for the group to consider as we begin defining our XML
vocabulary. There are probably some other areas that we can collectively
identify. I would be glad to take responsibility for organizing the feedback
unless someone else would like to to it. Volunteers?

1. Application (this could also be ICP and EMS domains)
2. Information Gathering
3. Review
4. Decision Making
5. Delivery Verification
6. Regime Information (Interfaces)

Also does anyone have information regarding any of the international regimes
and any idea as to what they may be doing with regards to XML? Thanks.
