Subject: Bookmap updates, next round
In the original bookmap demo, the approved, tested, and created elements all had a <person> or <organization> child element. When the XNAL person info was added with a domain, this showed up in those approved/etc elements, so <person> and <organization> were removed. When the XNAL elements were fixed last week to specialize off of <author>, they no longer appeared in the approved/etc elements. I think it is still correct to keep <authorInformation> specialized off of <author>. In order to be able to associate a person with these approved/etc elements, it seems we must add a <person> tag, and probably an <organization> tag, back into these contexts. Are there any objections to this proposal, or alternate suggestions that would work better? The proposal is to create the person and organization elements with phrase-like content, and then add (person | organization)* back into these contexts: maintainer publisherinformation published bookowner reviewed edited tested approved bookevent Robert D Anderson IBM Authoring Tools Development Chief Architect, DITA Open Toolkit (507) 253-8787, T/L 553-8787
