Do you really need such precise markup. There not many books talking
about instructions of several different processor at the same time so
@proc seems excessive. Moreover there is already existing attribute for
this @arch:

arch

Designates the computer or chip architecture to which the element applies.

If you don't want to customize DocBook then semantically closest is
probably function element. Of course, you can customize DocBook and add
respective element, I once did this as an excercise:
