Thank you for your response, Bob,

You're right: the VERSION file says the files are at 1.76.1, meaning
that I'm trying to output EPUB2.

Debian doesn't offer the new version in any of its packages and I'm
not about to tempt fate by manually installing them, so EPUB2 will do
for now :-)

I'll keep fiddling with the OLink database. I think that takes care of
all of the error messages - Thanks!
