sample spec requirements

Here is an example of a requirements document along the lines of what I'd
like us to have in near-final draft form by the end of the month:

Obviously, I'm biased, but I think it gives us a pretty good model on which
to structure the DSML 2.0 Requirements document.

My hope is to produce a first draft this weekend (unless Rob, or anyone else
wants to beat me to it)
