JJ, we started the discussion for this at the F2F 5 Feb 2004. Need more 
details please.

Should a notation be created or referred to for the next version to 
BPSS? Address if other numerical constructs could be of value to BPSS to 
assist here: exactly N, at most N, ast least N, M out of N, etc) for 
joins and merges.

You had mentioned this in November 2003.
