Anders,

There is no debate.  We made the decision to do ebXML BPSS
and ebXML-BP.

Done.

Now we are completing V2.0 and testing it and using models
with it to make sure everything we have in V2.0 is sound
enough.

We publish our ebXML-BP V2.0 specification in July and
do the 30 day review for comment, then we move it to 
OASIS public vote.  We have 3 OASIS member companies
use our models and verify the V2.0 in their work and then
we have a certified OASIS standard.
