Mary,

Inadvertently, I forgot to mention that one of the design firms
had created some sample work as part of its proposal.  I forgot
about it.

Since voting members did not have full information on the ballot,
what is the OASIS process now?  Should I invalidate the older ballot
and create a new one that includes this information?  Thanks.
