3) Bindings Discussion
- Simple Binding  (xml signature/encryption)

Attendees agreed that a simple binding makes sense. But we should not 
mandate any binding as required.

4) Comments received on SKSML specification in the last 18months.

5) Other Business
- Next steps
* editing of the spec documents.
* reference implementation.

- Hold Email discussions before deciding on the next TC meeting. Holiday
