My comments below contain required changes plus suggestions. The suggestions are just that, suggestions only.
Please make the following changes to this document:
1. On the title page, in 'This Version' & 'Previous Version', the underlying URIs were not updated correctly. Roll the cursor over these links to see the problem.
2. In 'Related Work', the bullet for XML Signature - W3C Recommendation 12 Feb 2002 contains an incorrect date. The document's date is actually 10 June 2008. I suggest correcting this.
3. Note that clicking on the link in 'Declared XML Namespace(s)' results in a broken link.
4. In the Status section, the underlying URI contains a misspelling, which results in a broken link. Please change the spelling of 'committeees' to 'committees'.
5. The date on the footer is incorrect. Please change from 18 November 2008 to 5 August 2010.
6. Also on the footer, please change the copyright date from 2008 to 2010.
7, Please update the copyright date in the Notices section as well. Change to 2008-2010.
8. In 'Normative References', the formatting is off. I suggest moving 'http' back up to the left paren (as is done with the other references in this section). Note that this was correct in the last version.
9. Also, in 'Normative References', the date for [XML Signauture] is incorrect. I suggest changing it from 12 Feb 2002 to 10 June 2008.
10. Also in this section, [RFC 2578] contains a broken link. Upon googling this document I found a number of correct links, one of which was
http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc2578.txt. I suggest correcting this broken link.
11. To conform to the OASIS template, this spec should contain a Non-Normative References section, even though none are present. Please add this section followed by N/A to satisfy this requirement.
12. Please add the appendices to the Table of Contents.
13. Lastly, the line numbering is off beginning with [AES] in the Normative References' section. Please correct. This was correct in the previous version of this spec.
