Just a couple of issues remaining:

One is that in the 'Previous Version' section, you transposed the letters 'cd01' into 'dc01' on the underlying hyperlink for the html file, resulting in a broken link. 

The other is, I did not tell you the correct path for the 'Latest Version' files. The file path should be http://docs.oasis-open.org/election/eml/v6.0/EML-Specification-v6.0. The /cd01/ subdir should not be in the 'Latest Version' path. The location of the latest-version specs do not change. I apologize for not pointing that out.

3. In the 'Related Work' section, please add hyperlinks. This was correct in PR01, (http://docs.oasis-open.org/election/eml/v6.0/cd01/EML-Specification-v6.0.html).
   
   
4. In the 'Non-Normative References' section, I suggest that you enclose each reference  in brackets (as is done with the Normative Reference in this document).
   
   
5. In the 'Non-Normative References' section, the link to [xNAL] is incorrect in this version. It should be:http://docs.oasis-open.org/ciq/v3.0/specs/ciq-specs-v3.pdf. This was correct in PR01.
   
   
6. In 'Non-Normative References', please activate the hyperlink for [UK's APD].
