Meeting Minutes

Reviewed proposal.

Agreed to associate Schedule with each Activity instead of Task (eliminating Task level Schedule).

Actual realized start and completion times will not be included in Schedule but in Work Request Status Record.

Other aspects of the proposal were accepted as is.

Israel updates the proposal and also includes changes required elsewhere in the document regarding the association of Schedule with Activity instead of Task.


Rest of the proposals were postponed for the next meeting.

7: Next FFM TC meeting planning:

a)      Next conference calls: Sept 19, Oct 3, Oct 17 @ 8:00 – 10:00 AM, Central Daylight Time (Chicago, GMT-05:00)

Agreed to have weekly calls for now.

b)      Face to face meeting:

A three day face-to-face FFM TC meeting being tentatively planned for the week starting on Oct 24th, 2011 and to be hosted by NSN in Helsinki, Finland.
