The site has been up as only DOM compliant site up until now, which Manos
did a really beautiful job on.  We were planning on a stripped non-DOM
compliant presentation too, but the content was in transition, and decided
to simply link to OASIS TC and YahooGroups website.

At this point, HumanMarkup.org doesn't represent the OASIS HumanMarkup TC at
all, but will be a resource that is used to support TC efforts, and other
related efforts.  We will update content on the DOM and non-DOM site very
soon to reflect the new structure, and both versions of the site will have
the same information.

(IE really is dangerous actually...that could push the momentum back towards
Netscape!)
