Re: [kmip] Pointer to OASIS Liaison Policy

After reading this policy, it looks like we have two remaining action items regarding KMIP liaisons:

1. Communicate the liaison selection to OASIS Management, and
2. List the liaisons on the TC's web page
   

Unfortunately, the OASIS Liaison policy uses the passive voice such that it doesn't state who is responsible for these actions (i.e., uses the phrases "must be communicated" and "must be listed").  In guessing the action item assignments, I'm assuming that the first goes to the KMIP officers, and the second to OASIS staff contact (maybe Mary McRae or Dee Schur).

Does that sound right?
