Preliminary Paper on XFORMS by Jason Harrop

I am distributing copies of the attached paper by Jason Harrop, co-vice Chair of the eContracts TC of LegalXML-OASIS. In my view, it represents an important preliminary contribution to the use of XFORMS in LegalXML mark-up and provides a keen insight into some of the possibilities it presents. Many thanks to Jason.
