Recurrence in Outlook 2003

I'm using Outlook 2003.  Someone who has the latest release might want to do
a comparison.

I couldn't find a way to schedule floating times.

Every recurrence rule can use UNTIL or COUNT or neither.

FREQ is limited to DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY or YEARLY.

DAILY options:
	INTERVAL=n
	Or
	Every weekday which is exactly INTERVAL=1;BYDAY=MO,TU,WE,TH,FR

WEEKLY can only be: INTERVAL=n;BYDAY=days

MONTHLY options:
	BYMONTHDAY=<one positive value>;INTERVAL=n
	Or
	INTERVAL=n;BYDAY=days;BYSETPOS=<1,2,3,4,-1>

YEARLY options:
	BYMONTHDAY=n;BYMONTH=month
	Or
	BYDAY=days;BYMONTH=month;BYSETPOS=<1,2,3,4,-1>
