[rights] OMA Draft Specs for DRM (Including Rights Expression)

The Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) has made its draft specifications for DRM
available for public review.

These DRAFT specifications were previously under development by the WAP Forum,
which was incorporated into the OMA earlier this summer. The following
specifications are available:

OMA-Download-ARCH Download Architecture
OMA-Download-DRM Download Rights Management
OMA-Download-DRMCF DRM Content Format
OMA-Download-DRMREL Rights Expression Language
OMA-Download-OTA Generic Content Download Over The Air
