Wiki now updated with 'living document' version of draft 0.6++
which will become the next draft once it has reached an
appropriate stage. Please either
1. make updates on wiki or
2. send updates to list (I will edit and add to wiki) or
3. send issues to list (I or one of us will add to issues list on wiki)
