One thing I think might be useful in input specs is a pointer to more 
information about any particular 'field'.

For example, you have a cbc:IssueDate, and you might even know that the 
label is "Issue Date". What is the best way to point off to a source for 
more information, like what the significance of that data might be? URL?

Also, let's discuss the best way to get a hold of the proper labels for 
each field.
