    Review of Atlantic call minutes

       GKH: (see below under SGTG)

       No other comments.

SCHEDULE REVIEW

    JB: Posted the wrong URL in the agenda.  The current schedule
    is actually located at

    PSC (TM): Made significant progress on completing spreadsheet
    revisions with PLB and got through a fair amount of issue
    disposition.  The DS work has been picked up by NITA.
    eTendering input expected this week.  The only group not heard
    from lately is iSURF.  So we're about a week behind.

       ACTIONS (JB): change schedule entry from DS to NITA; remove
       "data modeling coordination" column for 8 June to adjust
       timeline.

    TSC (AS): Published a fairly comprehensive set of issues a
    couple of weeks ago, but haven't gotten a response from anyone.
    Freightwise not available this week.

       ACTION (JB): Replace TSC description in current H10-K10 with
       "data modeling coordination."

       AGREED that "data modeling coordination" means that TM will
       create a union issues list due 22 June for disposition in
       subsequent TC calls.  It is assumed that PSC and TSC will
       provide suggested resolutions wherever possible.

    SGTG (GKH): WRT AI in Atlantic call, AS has conveyed all the
    relevant docs, so now have all raw material needed to create a
    draft submission.  This will be on hold for about 3-4 weeks due
    to training work.

    TC:

    Comments from UBL members are invited.

    2.0 NDR (JB): Still no replies from the editors.

       AGREED to proceed with what we have.

    IDD Vol. 1: Conversation with OASIS resuming tomorrow (end of
    holiday).

    SECURITY SC: No news this week.

EXPERT GROUP CORRESPONDENCE WITH UN/CEFACT

    JB: Note that the reply to the EG from UN/CEFACT promises
    support for all UBL requirements in Version 2 of the
    Cross-Industry Invoice.  This means that users need not
    hesitate to use UBL Invoice now, as they are guaranteed an easy
    transition to CII in the future.

2009 TC MEETING SCHEDULE

    17-21 August 2009 in Montréal, colocated with Balisage the
    previous week.

    Possible meeting in Brussels January or February 2010.

       ACTION (JB): Correct "Rome" to "Brussels" in the work
       schedule.

       ACTION (TM): Provide feedback on the tentative date.
