Allowing observers to take part could | therefore place more of a burden on the chair. We have, for the second meeting in a row, forgotten to deal with this. Mea culpa. I agree that allowing observers to take part would place a burden on the chair; in fact, I think that it's logistically impractical (as well as expensive for whoever is hosting the call). Jon
