Re: Formal notice from the chair to a member regarding attendance

FWIW, I've been assuming that a private warning is sufficient, although our 
TC's membership secretary has also been including full membership reports 
in our meeting minutes.

My understanding about prospective members was that although it's wise for 
them to attend meetings during this phase, they're not required to attend 
at all.
