Whew, this is one of those "any of the above" questions - you can make cases for 0-or-more, 1-or-more, and 2-or-more.

I tend to agree with Scott that 0-or-more allows the most latitude, for example to return an empty set. But I don't have any strong feelings other than making the text and schema line up.
