Whitehill Technologies Signs OEM Agreement with JetForm Corporation
Custom version of Whitehill <xml>Transport to automate creation of XML from
legacy for JetForm® customers

MONCTON, NB - Whitehill Technologies Inc. today announced the signing of an
OEM software agreement with JetForm Corporation (NASDAQ:FORM; TSE:JFM)
whereby Whitehill will provide a private label version of its leading legacy
to XML conversion solution Whitehill <xml>Transport.

"Whitehill <xml>Transport's legacy to XML conversion functionality is a
strong complement to JetForm's e-Document Presentment Solutions," said Paul
McSpurren, executive vice president of Whitehill. "JetForm is a recognized
leader in e-process solutions and this agreement will extend our ability to
reach new clients with our technology."

Under the terms of the agreement, Whitehill will provide JetForm with a
custom version of the Whitehill <xml>Transport software tailored to the
design requirements of JetForm's e-Document Presentment Solutions group of
products. The customized version of Whitehill <xml>Transport will automate
the creation of XML from legacy data systems enabling JetForm customers to
further leverage the JetForm e-Document Presentment platform.

end customers to convert high volume print stream data into documents that
can be easily personalized and presented over the Internet," said Don

our clients the ability to extend their IT infrastructure."
