CIW provider to use enterprise software solution from Arbortext to create
and distribute customized courseware, sales collateral and Website updates
from single source


ANN ARBOR, Mich., March 7, 2001 -- Arbortext, Inc., a leading provider of
XML-based enterprise content integration software and business-to-business
e-commerce solutions, today announced that ProsoftTraining.com (Nasdaq:
POSO), producer of vendor-neutral IT training and certification courseware
and programs including Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW), selected
Arbortext’s Epic software for enterprise-wide implementation to create,
manage and publish customized courseware, sales collateral and Website
updates.  When implemented, Epic software will enable Prosoft to
dramatically reduce the time needed to create and deliver customized
courseware.

The scalability of Epic software will allow ProsoftTraining.com to repurpose
existing content and deliver customized courseware and sales collateral.
Through a client-server solution that consists of Epic Editor and the Epic
E-Content Engine (E3), and Arbortext’s pathway to Oracle iFS, Prosoft can
achieve benefits across the organization:
·	Research and Development – The Research and Development organization can
improve its rapid cycle content update process and publish customized
courseware more quickly.
·	Marketing – This group can update information once and publish to
different Websites targeted at different audiences and products.
·	Sales – The sales force can quickly customize product sheets and sales
guides to support the sales process.

ProsoftTraining.com products already have a short content development cycle
and a continuous content update process.  The use of Epic will allow Prosoft
to make this process even more efficient and allow greater customizations
for customers and eventually individual students.
