This is the second time this issue has come up as we have members from around the world, and I suspect that due to the world being round someone will be getting up early and someone staying late at work.  I also must confess that the time was selected to be optimum for those in the Americas. 

 

Instead of voting on the issue for our next meeting, which might find ourselves having limited input and this issue coming up again. I would like to see a strategy on coordinating input and results of the coordination published on this listserv of its execution prior to voting (if necessary).  

 

Tony, Laila doesn't this approach make sense?  And if so, can you take care of this issue for the group?   It would be appreciated.

 

Please coordinate with Vishwanath as well.

We MUST consider the time  issue. Can we put that on our agenda for next time and vote on the time?.
It is IMPERATIVE that we make it easier for our European colleagues to participate.
