Title: RE: [bcm] Groups - BCM.TC Agenda.2003-11-10.pdf uploaded

To give us a better perspective of available space changed font and orientation of the trifold and added bullet icons. Retained the following sequence, as in Carl's.

A. What is the BCM? [Front face when folded]
B. BCM Layers
C. BCM Layers contd. Pragmatic Templates
D. e-Business Value [Back face when folded]
E. Exploit e-Business Registry
F. BCM Benefits

My 0.02:
1. On the second page with content, would it be appropriate to add the "BCM layers overview" figure (Fig 5.2.1 in the spec) as this section speaks of BCM layers? Should retain the pyramid - move it to next page.

2. Business layer in BCM facilitates partner portability as it allows the business manager to select any existing industry model (such as UBL, PIPs or OAGIS etc.). This to me, appears a very useful layer. We may wish to highlight this, if appropriate.

3. Lubash's list of benefits is good. As a business benefit, "Dynamic: The ability to discover efforts across the enterprise" will catch the attention of CIOs and CFOs.

Regards,
Kumar
