Subject: AW: [bpel4people-editors] Agenda: 23 July bpel4people-editors' SC telecon

Luc,

Recently I had a problem to find agreed and approved resolutions, e.g. see issue 10. I would like to discuss how to improve this. My suggestion would be to have approved resolutions in jira as well.

Regards,

Ivana

Subject: [bpel4people-editors] Minutes : 16 July bpel4people-editors' SC telecon

Date: 16 July 208

In attendance: Dieter, Ivana, Krasimir, Luc, Ralf, Ravi, Vinkesh

Note to Dave Ings:  Dave, we inadvertently worked on BP-14 without getting TC to first “resolve” the item. As a result (and because we do not want to back out the changes) we will not be ready to submit a Revision to the TC for consideration for next week’s meeting. Ralf is updating BP-14 with a proposal (based on the changes made to the spec). We will however have a rev to review the following TC meeting.

Minutes:

1. Discuss Work in Progress

1.       Review Dieter’s updates for BP-13:  http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/BP-13

 [lc] reviewed and approved [/lc]

2.       Review Vinky’s updates:

a.       BP-1:  http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/BP-1 [lc] reviewed and approved [/lc]

b.      BP-3: http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/BP-3 [lc] reviewed and approved [/lc]

c.       BP-7: http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/BP-7 [lc] reviewed and approved [/lc]

3.       Review Ralf’s updates for BP-14 and BP-24

[lc] We discussed the unfortunate event of having started work on BP-14 and BP-24 without having the TC “resolve” these issues. We agreed that we would update JIRA’s proposal sections with the changes applied and have the TC approve the proposal.

BP-14 reviewed and approved

BP-24 reviewed. Ivana raised an issue that there is no way to materialize the outcome value such that it would be available to getOutcome in B4P. Ralf will revisit BP-24 with the goal to augment WS-HT. We backed out updates made to B4P in section 5 for BP-24. [/lc]

4.       Assign next Editor with the pen

Krasimir - BP-18  [lc]Next: Krasimir [/lc] Task Priority is underspecified    Krasimir Nedkov

Luc - BP-10           [lc]Then: Luc [/lc]   More control needed for the propagation of attachments

Ralf  - BP-11        [lc]And finally, Ralf [/lc]    Initialization of process generic human roles in b4p

2.  B4P was updated to WS-03 – this needs to be reverted back to wd-02. Let’s only increment a WD after the TC has approved updates; see point 3) below. Following this, all changes to the doc will be “accepted” and the WD number incremented. For discussion.

[lc] discussed [/lc]

3. getTaskPriority (WSHT Section 6.2 – Priority not defined as (xsd:nonNegativeInteger). LC performed update and generated rev 29. Rev 30 subsequently generated to reflect bad formatting in section 6.1 of HT. Rev 31 and 32: typos, reverted b4p to wd-02 and updated ToC

[lc] reviewed and approved [/lc]

4.  Discuss submitting work in progress (i.e. Rev32) to the TC.

[lc] given the need to get prior approval by the TC for BP-14, we will not be able to submit a revision to the TC for review.  [/lc]
