As I said in telecon, I misunderstood...

I had thought Benoit was sending a "FYI" description of PTC's animation 
implementation.  And I thought you were separately going to send a proposal 
for what you considered a reasonable subset of declarative animation 
functionality, that would be achievable and implementable (and implemented) 
in a 2.1 timeframe.

Okay, I understand now that you intended these to be a single contribution.
