[chairs] anonymous FTP for docbook

Chairs,
Some time ago we set up ftp.oasis-open.org as an anonymous ftp server at 
the request of the SAML TC.  The purpose of the FTP server is to mirror 
TC document repositories.

Example:
ftp://ftp.oasis-open.org/committees/security/docs/
mirrors
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/security/docs/

Syncronization between the canonical directory and the public mirror 
occurs hourly.

If you have document repository that you would like to be made available 
via anonymous FTP, let me know.
