I very strongly disagree with this. The benefit of knowing who
downloads the spec (which doesn't really tell you much, if anything at
all) is completely outweighed by making the text of the specifications
harder to access. Specifications live by mindshare, and you don't grow
mindshare by hiding the specification.

I agree with James that it would be very good if a log analysis report
could be made available, especially if it includes referrer
information and is broken up by TC.
