There are actually four standards listed under the general heading Customer Information Quality. These are: xNAL, or extensible name and address language xNL, or extansible name langauge xAL, or extensible address language xCIL, or extnsible customer information langauge. Rather than sending out a copy of the standard as a rather lengthy attachment, let me commend you the the web site.
