Agenda:

*	Discussion of OASIS partnership
*	Marketing resources and messages
*	Business Case for CPExchange
*	Naming/Branding of the specification
*	Face to Face meeting
*	Chairmanship

The group still needs to view the list of the four standards provided by
Leonard from the OASIS site.  Group agreed to hold off on the merger talks
for now.

Linda Burman, one of IDEAlliance's consultant, was discussed, as a possible
person to help get the groups direction, focus and mission on target.
Basically to help encompass the scope and issues, as well as help shape the
groups message.

Leonard will put together and e-mail to the group a draft of a Business
Case, along with a frequently asked question document.  Tom will research to
see who was at the Las Vegas meeting, whom the group can collaborate with to
further this effort.  This document will help the group get their Ducks in a
Row, to be able to move forward easily to the next step.
