CIQ TC,

I have tentatively booked Room 305 at 10:30am on
Thursday, December 11, 2003 for our CIQ TC meeting
at the XML 2003 Conference venue in Philadelphia.

The following people have confirmed their attendance
at XML 2003. If you have problems attending the meeting,
please let me know ASAP. Thank you.

The objective of the meeting is to discuss "what's next"
with the CIQ TC.  The CIQ specifications have been pretty
stable for the past 1 year and has seen many implementations
and adoption of it by various industry sectors and standard
groups such as UBL, Election, Legal XML, Human Markup, etc. 
We need to discuss about the next steps with the CIQ TC.
