RE: [cmis] minor issue: no download of spec from OASIS site?

If one goes to the public CMIS page (http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=cmis), and click on "Documents" on the right hand side, it will show all the "documents" in Kavi that are marked "share with public". So far all the docs are marked that way, including 0.5 spec.

Good point. Personally, I think we should really try to make the spec available
from the OASIS page, I think it lends the spec a more official touch.
