Potential alternate date and location for next CMIS TC F2F

All,
Per our discussion during Monday's TC call, I did some legwork to see if IBM could host a F2F meeting in the Washington, DC area. This would be an alternative meeting in case we cannot work out logistics for a meeting around the AIIM expo.
I found that there is a conference room that we can use in the IBM office in McLean, VA. This office is in the DC area and is close to several airports (IAD, DCA, BWI). It is also one of the few IBM offices that has wireless access for visitors.
To be safe, I should book the time in the conference room. This space tends to book up in advance. I would rather not wait until the next CMIS call to choose the potential dates. As to potential dates, I would like to suggest April 20-22 (Mon-Weds). The week of 4/13 is right after Easter. Many of the schools are closed for Easter break and some people (like me) have travel planned at that time.
Please let me know if this would be an acceptable time, date, and location. If some other date would be better, let me know and I will check availability.
