Nominating Ryan McVeigh for Secretary of the CMIS TC

I would like to nominate Ryan McVeigh for one of our open secretary 
positions.

Ryan has been involved with CMIS since the pre-OASIS days. He has served 
as one of the spec editors, working together with Al, Ethan and Florian. 
His commitment to the specification’s quality has shown in our 1.0 
product. He has helped work through numerous issues and has taken a 
leadership role in our overall effort. Ryan also helped coordinate and 
facilitate our last face-to-face meeting. He is active in CMIS today and 
is currently participating as a co-editor in the browser-binding work.

I think Ryan would serve the TC well and we would benefit from his 
participation in the secretary role.
