Hi Chet,

Per your advice, we have put the two .doc files into a zip file and re-voted today. Would you please update TCADMIN-611 for us? I'm not sure we can update it ourselves. The new "Working Draft URL" is 
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cmis/download.php/43125/cmis-v1.0-errata-1-draft.zip, and the new "Approval Link" is http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cmis/download.php/43135/2011-08-08%20Meeting%20minutes.txt.
If TCADMIN-612 also needs to be fixed, then these two new links can also be used.

I reviewed TC Admin support requests this morning and found an error
in TCADMIN-611 (http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/TCADMIN-611)
that require me to ask for clarifying action from the TC.

Specifically, the approval motion in the ballot referenced in the
ticket (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cmis/ballot.php?id=2071)
does not provide the link to the Working Draft to be approved by the
TC. The TC Process rules require that the motion to approve the CSD
include the URL to the working draft being approved by the TC and that
the same URL then be submitted with your request. The purpose of the
rule is to ensure that the CSDs/CNDs created by TC Admin and loaded to
the OASIS Library are created from the exact WD approved by the TC and
also to avoid any possibility of error on our part.

Other than lacking the URL, the motion language in the ballot is perfect.

To remedy this, I ask that you do the following:

- Combine all components to be part of the CSD in one zip file

and http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cmis/download.php/42959/cmis-spec-v1.0e1-draft.doc)

- Include the URL to the zip file in the ballot language you used and
re-vote to approve. You can re-ballot or hold a voice vote in
committee, either is fine. If you do hold a voice vote, simply include
the ballot language and the results of the vote in the meeting
minutes.

- After voting to approve, you can update TCADMIN-611 directly with
the URL to the zip file and to the approval, or send them to me and I
will update the ticket for you - whichever you find more convenient.

There is no immediate rush on this. We have a number of tickets in the
queue and will probably begin work on 611 sometime next week. However
I wanted to get this issue to you immediately so that it would not
cause a delay once we begin work on the ticket.
